Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration
Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a full-time Business Centre Administrator to provide efficient, proactive and high-quality administrative support. The role will support the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial training by liaising with employers, managing bookings, maintaining accurate records, scheduling training activity, coordinating diaries, processing invoices, and ensuring all associated administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer service for employers, acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, maintaining accurate records across a range of College systems, producing reports and management information, and developing and improving administrative processes to support the efficient delivery of commercial training activities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the College, the postholder will contribute to the smooth operation of commercial training, helping to build strong employer relationships through professional, responsive and organised administrative support, whilst ensuring compliance with College policies, procedures and any relevant funding or audit requirements.

Suitable candidates should have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, an ability to quickly learn office systems and procedures, and have some experience in the use of a range of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
The College operates on 2 campuses – Warrington and Winsford.
