Customer Care Administrator | Warrington | £13.50ph | Temporary

Forrest Recruitment are currently working with a well-established Home Builders based in Warrington. They are currently hiring for a temporary Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

Hours:

8:30am – 5pm

Key duties of the role:

* Distributing defect reports to site teams and monitoring progress.

* Following up on outstanding defects throughout the week, including those identified during the Monday review.

* Liaising with contractors to obtain updates and ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Logging snagging lists accurately to support the wider team.

* Ensuring compliance by checking that all required documentation is uploaded and maintained within the system.

* Providing telephone cover when required, including taking messages during periods of low staffing, such as lunchtime.

* Offering general administrative support to the team, including covering duties during coordinators' annual leave and other absences.
