As Office Administrator/Customer Service based in Warrington (WA1), you will join a small team supporting the UK’s leading commercial wholesaler of refrigeration and climate control equipment. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00, paying £13.89 per hour (£30,697 annual equivalent). Your primary responsibilities include answering inbound calls, handling customer orders, processing quotes, resolving queries, and performing general office duties such as updating client records and managing correspondence.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative position is beneficial for this varied, office-based role.

They are seeking a professional Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Working within a small team, you will be responsible for answering calls from customers and dealing with customer orders including quotes, queries, and other general office duties.
- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Updating customer information and details.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining company records.
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Support colleagues with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Assist with document archiving and record retention procedures.
The successful Office Administrator/Customer Service will have the following skills:
- Experience working within a similar role previously.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Assisting with other workloads as and when required.
- Ability to work well as part of a small team as well as individually.
- Computer literate.
