Accounts Assistant Role Overview

An excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a firm based in Warrington. As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department, reporting directly into the Finance Manager.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

Processing payments, BACS, CHAPS
Posting Payments, receipts and transfers
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with any enquiries
Managing card payments and checking statements

Accounts Assistant Experience Required

Experience as an Accounts Assistant with relevant transferable skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organisational skills and communication skills
