We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a fixed term contract. This is a varied position offering the opportunity to support payroll operations while assisting with wider HR and administrative tasks.

The Role

As Payroll Administrator, you'll play an integral role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time, whilst providing first-class administrative support across payroll, pensions, benefits and employee records.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer weekly CIS payroll, ensuring timesheets are accurately cross-checked against attendance records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with line managers.
• Process payroll deductions and notifications.
• Produce weekly CIS payment reports.
• Notify payroll of all new starters and leavers.
• Complete monthly PAYE attendance reconciliations.
• Maintain attendance registers and manage the daily sign-in process.
