Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, managing patient records, handling enquiries, and supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries.
Update and maintain accurate patient records.
Support administrative tasks and always ensure confidentiality.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, compassionate approach in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Based on the practice aspirations, the following skills would be desired
- Previous experience in a healthcare or receptionist role
- Familiarity with medical booking or records systems (Systm One)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
