Supporting the planning and delivery of client events from initial enquiry through to completion Researching venues and suppliers, preparing proposals and coordinating travel, accommodation and event logistics Scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines and keeping event calendars and project systems up to date Managing event documentation, purchase orders, supplier information, invoices and budget administration Providing operational support before, during and after events, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard Events Coordinator Requirements Previous experience in an events, administration, project coordination or agency support role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects Outstanding attention to detail Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A professional, customer-focused attitude Why Join AP&C?

Job type: 9.30am to 3.00pm, (5 days a week – Monday to Friday). Office Based. Salary:
