About The Role

We are looking for an experienced MOT Tester/Technician to join our expanding fast fit business. The role requires flexibility, strong communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to our ethos of quality service, transparent pricing and convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct MOTs and routine vehicle servicing.
• Provide high quality, customer‑focused service.
• Assist with workshop operations and customer communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive service & MOT experience: minimum 2 years.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification.
• Class 4/7 MOT licence.

Desired Criteria

• Experience in a fast‑fit or high‑volume environment.
• Previous role in a national automotive network.
