Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Warrington, Cheshire.

• Basic salary up to £33,000, with OTE reaching £35,000 through performance bonuses
• Five-day working week, with rotating Saturdays

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently and accurately
• Perform routine servicing and maintenance adhering to manufacturer standards
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults with diagnostic tools and technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company protocols at all times
• Accurately document all work carried out and parts used
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organised workshop environment to optimise team productivity

• Minimum of two years’ experience in automotive servicing and MOT testing
• Full UK driving licence
• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or higher
• Class 4 or 7 MOT licence is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and priorities
• A commitment to delivering high standards of work and customer satisfaction
