We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable Main Dealer in Warrington, Cheshire, to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional seeking to progress their career within a leading automotive group.

Basic salary up to £38,000 depending on experience
Realistic OTE of £45,000 - £50,000, including paid overtime on Saturdays

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

Conduct vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to a high standard
Ensure first-time fix and maximise efficiency on every job
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work carried out
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Manage your workload to meet dealer and manufacturer standards
Maintain high levels of quality and productivity throughout your shifts
Responsible for the safe handling and use of tools and equipment

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a franchise dealership or similar environment
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Ideally possess a valid MOT qualification (not essential)
Own a comprehensive set of diagnostic and repair tools
Responsible, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
Experience in working efficiently within a busy dealership environment
