You will work with service orders, customer communication and invoicing activities, contributing to high-quality operations.
** Your responsibilities
*** You manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* You enter service orders and contracts in the ERP LN system according to Valmet’s rules, Automation Systems processes and policies.
* You ensure accurate and timely invoicing of processed orders, collaborating with the service and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies.
* You advise and guide internal and external stakeholders on order management following Automation Systems Business Area ways of operating.
** Expectations for you
*** You bring 3–5 years of experience in order management or a similar role.
* Previous experience in Paper industry is an asset
* Educational background in Economics or related field is valuable
* You have strong ERP system skills; knowledge of LN system and Salesforce is an advantage.
* You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
* You can navigate fast-paced and high-volume environments and prioritize effectively.
* You have problem solving skills and customer-firs mindset
