We are a leading recruitment consultancy specialising in placing finance and accounting professionals across the North West. With a strong client base and excellent reputation, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our expanding team.

As a Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across Cheshire and the North West
• Sourcing high-calibre finance professionals from entry-level to senior positions
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job registration to placement
• Building your own client portfolio through business development activities
• Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong sales or recruitment experience (finance sector experience advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen and business development capability

• Target-driven mentality with a track record of achieving results
• Graduate degree preferred but not essential

• Comprehensive training and development programme
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £45,000-£60,000 in year one
