A satisfying role
Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives,administrator sand hygienists,you’llmake sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should.
You’lloversee the welfare of the teamand be accountable for everything frommonitoringadherencetoprocess,toteamperformance and engagement.
Accountable fora range ofkey metrics,through influencing yourteam to achieveyou’llhelp keep standards highandcustomers happy.
What you bring to the mix
With a background inleading, coaching and driving team performance, you have what it takes to excel in this role:
- agood understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety regulations and policies, and food safety standards
- the ability to drive and improve performance using data insights and colleague input
- a customer-centric approach
- effective at managing change within a team with the abilityto influence to reach organisational goals
- the abilityto build positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
