We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Assistant!

• As a Commercial Administrator, you will be an essential support to the Commercial Manager and the wider business, producing detailed reports, analysis, and insights. You’ll work closely with both sales and operational teams, helping to improve performance and identify commercial opportunities across our business.
• Utilising Power BI (Insight) to build and distribute reports to Sales and Operational teams.
• Producing detailed commercial analysis and performance dashboards.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement (e.g. lapsed customers, key account reviews, underperforming asset classes).
• Supporting regular weekly and monthly reporting processes.
• Analysing target adherence across teams and identifying gaps in performance.
• Providing commercial insight to support operational decision-making.
• Assisting in the preparation of customer account reviews and commercial performance summaries.
• Collaborating with the Commercial Manager on projects and strategic initiatives.
• Supporting with rebate tracking and related performance metrics.

Role is based in our Support Office - Birchwood Warrington
