Key duties of the role include:
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPI’s for contribution, margin and account acquisition.
* Manage an established portfolio of customers, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* Prepare quotations, follow-up and analyse success.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases.
* Conduct account reviews to develop relationships and ensure account spend is maximized through competitor analysis.
* Support with any quality related issues, including generating non - conformance reports and preparing responses to customer complaints on behalf of the Quality team.
* Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and tenders as required across the assigned accounts.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager/ Sales Executive
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in using MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
