Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.

Social Infrastructure – Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Manage commercial performance across key accounts or frameworks, ensuring consistency and client satisfaction.

• Ownership of framework/account performance
• Leadership across multiple contracts and CM teams
• Client relationship management at senior operational level

• Develop account commercial strategies
• Lead change management and negotiations
• Resolve complex commercial issues
• Consolidate reporting for HoC
• Support business development within accounts

• Influencing and negotiation
• Cross-contract coordination

• Advanced contract knowledge
• Change management and claims

• 8–12 years commercial experience
• Experience managing complex or multi-site contracts
• Strong client-facing capability
• Degree qualified
