Overview
United Infrastructure is a rapidly expanding business focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects across the utility and social sectors. We are seeking a Graduate to join our Energy business to design, build and maintain critical national infrastructure for UK energy transmission and distribution network owners.
Responsibilities- Assist with the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Support the team with bid preparation for tenders.
- Collaborate with internal bid, estimating, and commercial teams to ensure timely, competitive proposal submissions aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and supply chain organisations.
- Assist with the tracking and management of work‑winning activities using CRM tools.
- Develop commercial awareness and continue professional development to stay ahead of emerging frameworks, regulatory updates (e.g., RIIO‑3), and market tenders.
The programme lasts for two years and offers a tailored development pathway aligned to your discipline. You will gain hands‑on industry experience from day one and work towards a nationally recognised qualification. Virtual and in‑person events support the development of business, leadership and technical skills.

- Minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Availability for frequent national travel.
- Availability to commence full‑time work by September 2026.
