** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Leading and developing a team of Business Development professionals to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
* Growing TD SYNNEX’s share of wallet with assigned vendor(s) across the IT channel.
* Owning the creation, execution and governance of vendor business plans.
* Driving a high‐performance culture and ensuring effective use of sales, marketing and reporting tools.
* Partnering with Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing plans.
* Managing accurate weekly forecasting and building a strong, qualified pipeline.
* Developing senior relationships with vendors, channel partners and key customers.
* Engaging directly on large deals, pipeline acceleration and complex commercial negotiations.
* Negotiating pricing, rebates and commercial terms.
* Raising the internal and external profile of your vendor(s) across TD SYNNEX.
* Providing strategic input into purchasing, pricing and market propositions.
* Acting as an active member of the Business Unit leadership team.##
** What You’ll Bring
*** Proven IT industry experience, with clear exposure to the channel, vendors and competitive landscape.
* Demonstrated success leading and developing high‐performing sales or business development teams.
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing margin, pricing and profitability.
* The credibility to influence matrix sales teams and engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience building structured sales activity and executing against business plans.
* A strong sense of ownership, accountability and self‐management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‐management skills.
* Highly numerate, with confidence in forecasting and pipeline management.
* Confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
