Job Summary
National Accounts Executive – responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships across the UK within the waste management sector.
Salary: Competitive plus bonus, company car/cash allowance and pension.
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
Location: Warrington/Hybrid.
- Drive full compliance with agreed processes through a coaching and audit program at all locations, including customer premises, outlets, supply‑chain, network locations, and subcontractors.
- Resolve any operational issues arising from non‑compliance with agreed procedures and coordinate corrective actions.
- Undertake additional waste, water or energy projects such as resource efficiencies, alternative use, waste reduction, reuse and recycling opportunities for all waste and resource streams.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on activities and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation ideas or projects.
- Manage annual Christmas service and other seasonal or peak trading schedules.
- Attend customer business reviews and support service reviews to ensure operational efficiency is maintained.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Process Improvement / Project Management experience (as lead or participant).
- Willingness to be coached and supported in a fast‑paced development role.
- Previous account or customer management within the waste industry.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
