DBD International is seeking a Change Manager to drive adoption of new operating models and reporting tools across multi-site environments. You will own the human aspects of change, from user journeys and personas to communications, training and adoption tracking.
You will develop and deliver the adoption plan, design stakeholder engagement, and produce training materials to ensure staff confidently operate new processes and tools. Experience in regulated settings is desirable.
