Operations & Social Media Coordinator Liverpool | £28,000-£30,000 | Full-Time | Permanent Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a successful and growing Liverpool-based cleaning services business to recruit an Operations & Social Media Coordinator. This is a genuinely varied role combining customer service, operations, scheduling, administration and social media management within a fast-paced, service-led environment. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence Be willing to occasionally support cleaning operations when required Be available for weekend working on a rotating rota Have previous experience managing social media for a business

The Role Operations & Customer Service Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email and messaging platforms Managing customer enquiries, bookings and day-to-day communication Coordinating schedules and supporting operational planning Handling last-minute changes and resolving issues efficiently Maintaining accurate records, systems and internal databases Providing general administrative support across the business Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth delivery of services Social Media & Marketing Managing business social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok Creating engaging content including posts, stories, reels and promotional campaigns Scheduling content through Meta Business Suite and similar platforms Designing branded graphics and promotional materials using Canva Monitoring engagement and helping shape future content strategies Supporting brand awareness and business growth through creative content Operational Support Supporting wider business operations as required Occasionally assisting cleaning teams during staff shortages, holiday cover or busy periods Travelling between locations where required to support operational needs About You We're looking for someone who has:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience managing social media for a business Experience creating content across Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok Knowledge of Meta Business Suite Experience using Canva or similar design tools Strong written communication skills A positive, solutions-focused attitude The confidence to work independently and use initiative A flexible, hands-on approach A Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer?
