Quantity Surveyor – Warrington

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team, supporting infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery under the NEC suite of contracts
.

• Manage all aspects of cost control, including forecasting, valuations, and final accounts
• Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  , ensuring compliance with contract procedures
• Prepare and review payment applications, compensation events, and variations
• Support project managers with commercial and contractual advice
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain effective communication
• Provide accurate cost reporting and risk management input

• Proven experience working under NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4)
• Strong understanding of cost management and change control processes
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
