A leading house builder in the UK is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for an 11-month fixed-term contract based in Leyland, Preston. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager with coordinating trades, ensuring build and sales procedures are met, and delivering excellent customer service. Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management, CSCS Gold Supervisor, and relevant safety training.
