We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team at their Warrington office.
Responsibilities:
To minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst achieving the required standards and quality.
Attend development meetings when appropriate
Receive initial tender information and assist in preparing proposed tender lists
Assess site staffing levels and build programmes with the Construction Director
Requirements:
HNC in Surveying or Construction or equivalent
Previous quantity surveying experience working for a house builder
Experience using COINS
