• Operate road sweeping machinery across construction sites to maintain clean and safe working environments.
• Remove mud, dust and debris from site roads, access routes and surrounding areas.
• Ensure site entrances and public-facing areas are kept clean and presentable.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Support site teams with general housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Follow all site health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Work closely with site management to respond to operational requirements.

• Previous experience operating a road sweeper or similar plant machinery.
• Experience working within a construction or similar environment (desirable).
• Understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks and maintenance.

• Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
