This is a stable, well-established business with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

What Youll Be Doing Manage commercial duties across a range of projects within the Home Counties region Produce accurate cost plans, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports Support procurement, subcontractor management and change control Work closely with project teams to ensure financial targets are achieved Contribute to 2-stage tenders and framework submissions Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams Ensure all commercial processes are followed in line with company standards
