Sub-Agent

We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based in the North West of England.
Location: North West of England.
Hours: 45 per week. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join us as a Sub Agent and you'll play a key role in managing and delivering successful projects. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinating with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitoring progress against project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
• Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
• Supporting the Site Agent in managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency

• You have experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision
• You hold a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• You have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
• You're able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel between project sites as required
