Role Description

This full-time, on‑site Estimator Surveyor role is based in Warrington and involves managing end‑to‑end estimation and surveying tasks for flooring installations. Responsibilities include measuring and surveying project sites, preparing accurate estimates and costings, liaising with clients to understand project requirements, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The Estimator Surveyor will also evaluate materials, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in construction estimating and site surveying to measure and analyze project specifications.
  • Proficiency in cost analysis, budget preparation, and price negotiations for project proposals.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills to understand project needs and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in calculations, and proficiency in industry‑focused software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines.
  • A background in flooring or the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.
