Cibsejournal is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager for their interiors and refurbishment division. This role involves managing projects ranging from GBP
500k to GBP
10million while ensuring all MEP aspects are addressed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or retail fit out projects within a top 100 main contractor and a recognizable building services qualification. Flexible working arrangements are available along with a competitive daily rate for long-term contracts.
