Construo Recruitment, in partnership with a leading construction and development business, is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP / M&E experience in Warrington. The role focuses on commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring cost control and successful delivery on UK projects.
You will lead cost plans, budgets and forecasts, procure and manage M&E subcontractors, assess variations and claims, and provide timely commercial reporting.
