Sub Agent – United Utilities Framework

Location:

North West of England.

Hours:

45 per week.

• Oversee daily site operations; ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress against project schedules; identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Support the Site Agent in managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency.

• Experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision.
• Qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites as required.
