ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE Preparing cost plans, BOQs and budget appraisals Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin Running tender processes and producing tender reports Chairing project meetings and leading client communication Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager ABOUT YOU Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contracts Confidence leading meetings and managing clients Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards RICS qualified or working towards (preferred) Full UK driving licence  own vehicle WHY APPLY Real autonomy youll run your own projects, not just support someone elses Variety healthcare, coastal engineering, education, residential Client-facing responsibility youll be trusted to lead meetings and relationships Broader remit QS  EA  PM, ideal if you want to grow beyond pure cost work Small, supportive team no politics, no layers, no micromanagement Clear progression the Directors want someone wholl grow with the business SALARY AND BENEFITS £55,000 £ 60,000 salary Company Pension Employee Support Programme Healthcare & breakdown cover (subject to package) All professional fees paid Ongoing CPD and career development support If you want a role where you can actually see the impact of your work, this is it.
