Bimplus is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a 160-unit traditional residential development in Warrington. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, materials, and programme progression from foundations to handover.
You must have a strong track record in traditional build housing, knowledge of safety standards, and be adept at maintaining quality and compliance through robust site documentation and reporting.
