Our client is a construction group expanding its house building division as part of a wider growth strategy. The division delivers predominantly Single-Family Housing for housing associations, with occasional open-market elements, and is now entering a phase where stronger construction leadership will directly influence how it grows.

We're hiring a Build Manager to oversee multiple live developments, drive build quality, lead site teams and ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery from pre-start through to completion. You'll work closely with Operations, Technical and Commercial, maintaining programme, resolving build issues and ensuring every project meets the standards expected by the business and its customers. This is a key operational role with autonomy, influence and long-term progression as the division scales.
