The role of the Estimator – Construction will involve:

* Estimator position overseeing a high-quality range of windows, doors and glazing system projects

* Prepare accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications using Logikal software

* May be a requirement to visit projects across the North West to further understand client requirements, measurements or to resolve issues

* Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover

* Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions

* Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids

* Oversee projects up to £2m in value

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Construction with:

* Must have experience using Logikal software

* Previous Estimating experience, however candidates from closely related backgrounds (such as Order Processors, Quantity Surveyors, Sales Estimators or Commercial Administrators) are also encouraged to apply

* Must have experience within the windows, doors, glazing or closely related sectors

* Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal

* Hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in

* High levels of organisation

* Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site

* Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
