The role of the Estimator  Construction will involve:
Estimator position overseeing a high-quality range of windows, doors and glazing system projects
Prepare accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications using Logikal software
May be a requirement to visit projects across the North West to further understand client requirements, measurements or to resolve issues
Lead end-to-end tendering process, including take-offs, pricing, submission, and handover
Manage and track tender opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximise conversions
Engage with clients and contractors through site visits, technical input, and value engineering to support bids
Oversee projects up to £2m in value
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator  Construction with:
Must have experience using Logikal software
Previous Estimating experience, however candidates from closely related backgrounds (such as Order Processors, Quantity Surveyors, Sales Estimators or Commercial Administrators) are also encouraged to apply
Must have experience within the windows, doors, glazing or closely related sectors
Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
Hard worker thats ready to get stuck in
High levels of organisation
Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
