Lead Designer

They are now on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be someone looking to take that next step in their career with a view to stepping into a leadership role in future.

• Craft and create digital deliverables for a variety of channels and in-house brands, including art working and website creative, and development of multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Support product packaging design and marketing materials (physical and digital).
• Work across graphic, video and digital channels, creating assets for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Collaborate with the wider creative and marketing teams to promote the brands and drive sales via multi-channel activations.
• Generate original creative concepts and inject personality into the brands.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer – ideally in retail, ecommerce or D2C.
• Experience with product packaging design is helpful.
• Excellent design and layout skills, with strong use of colour, composition and typography within existing brand guidelines.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• A portfolio demonstrating ability to execute different design styles across website, digital and social channels.
• Ability to produce original creative concepts while following brand guidelines.
• Ability to own projects, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
