The role

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused design role, with a strong emphasis on digital content. You’ll create end‑to‑end work across physical product design and digital channels, helping drive brand growth through e‑commerce, social media and marketing campaigns. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll turn briefs into trend‑aware creative that performs across both retail and online environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop trend‑led packaging concepts across multiple product categories.
  • Turn briefs into commercially effective designs suitable for retail environments.
  • Work with international suppliers to support product development.
  • Create digital assets for e‑commerce, social media, email campaigns and web platforms.
  • Produce content tailored for channels such as Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Support product launches and campaigns with engaging, high‑quality visuals.
  • Partner with marketing on content planning and visual storytelling.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Design assets for online retail, paid campaigns and internal platforms.
  • Work closely with buying, marketing, sales and compliance teams.
  • Manage workload to hit critical‑path deadlines.
  • Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and supports commercial goals.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in a design role within a consumer‑focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio showing packaging, digital and campaign work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience creating digital‑first content for e‑commerce and social platforms.
  • Good awareness of design trends and commercially driven creative.
  • Understanding of digital formats and performance‑led design.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools and modern digital workflows.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative working style.
  • Interest in photography and/or video content creation.
  • Experience as a creative Artworker.
