Sports Branding Designer ​/ Project Manager

About you You have experience working within sports branding, stadium signage, event graphics or venue branding and enjoy seeing projects come together from the initial idea through to installation. Your background could be in graphic design, artwork, project management, account management or production coordination. You do not necessarily need to have handled every part of the process before, but you will understand what goes into delivering branding within stadiums, sporting venues and live event environments.

You are organised, creative and comfortable working with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers. Most importantly, you enjoy taking ownership and want to work on projects that will be seen by thousands of people at major sporting venues and events. Your experience You will have experience within sports branding, stadium signage, event graphics, venue branding or a closely related large format environment.

You may currently be working as a Graphic Designer, Artworker, Project Manager, Account Manager, Project Coordinator, Production Coordinator or Installation Coordinator. You will understand how a branding project moves from the initial brief and artwork through to production and installation. Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop would be beneficial, particularly if you understand how to prepare artwork for large format production.

Applications are also welcomed from project-focused individuals who have worked closely with creative and artwork teams.

Experience with site surveys, installation schedules, quotations, venue access, event deadlines or coordinating installation teams would also be valuable. What you will be doing You will help manage sports branding and stadium signage projects from the initial client brief through to production and installation. Depending on your background, your responsibilities may include producing or amending artwork, managing client requirements, coordinating suppliers, arranging site surveys, preparing quotations and creating installation schedules.

You will work closely with internal production teams and on-site installers to ensure projects are delivered accurately, safely and on time. Projects will include stadium branding, event graphics, pitch-side branding, way finding, hospitality areas, large format signage and temporary branding installations. You will also attend sporting venues and events when required, giving you the opportunity to see your projects installed across some of the UK’s leading sporting environments.
