• Responding to a high volume of customer calls, including breakdowns.
• Providing high‑quality administration support to internal departments and customers.
• Responding efficiently to all customer enquiries.
• Updating customer and supplier portals and monitoring activity.
• Updating activity reports as required.
• Providing quotations to customers as required.
• Supporting your focus business area.
