Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:0017:30 (No Weekends) Full-Time | Permanent Our client is a well-established, family-run garage looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly team. They pride themselves on honest service, long-standing customer relationships, and a supportive working environment.
The Role Being the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs Providing clear explanations of work required and associated costs Liaising between customers and the workshop team Updating customers on vehicle progress and completion times Handling invoices, payments, and basic administration Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role Strong communication and organisational skills Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes A professional, friendly, and approachable manner Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Good IT and administrative skills
What We Offer Monday Friday working hours no weekends
