Serco in Warrington is seeking a Complaints Coordinator to ensure complaints are handled effectively within the AASC team. You will engage with stakeholders to resolve complaints while maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in complaints handling, excellent communication skills, and strong IT proficiency. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, 25 days of holiday, and a contributory pension scheme.
