About the Role

We are hiring Part‑Time Customer Service Advisors for our Customer Service Contact Centre in Northwich. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the voice of RMG, building rapport with customers and answering a variety of queries relating to their properties and accounts. You will respond to inbound customer contacts via phone, email, Whats App or online chat, provide advice, guidance and solutions, and accurately record all transactions in Salesforce.

You will also support other areas of the business with various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer contacts (phone, email, Whats App, chat) providing advice and solutions.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in Salesforce.
  • Process documentation resulting from customer contacts and pass information to colleagues for action.
  • Support other business areas with projects as required.
Hours

Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation. Shift windows are between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week. You will work a minimum of 22 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns discussed during interview.

Qualifications / Desired Skills
  • First‑class customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately, and ask for clarification when needed.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and self‑motivation.
  • Previous customer service experience beneficial but not essential.
