Sapphire Utility Solutions is seeking a customer service advisor to join our Warrington-based team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to inform customers about scheduled work, and ensure timely updates and smooth communication.
The role requires excellent listening and communication, IT/data entry proficiency, and a strong customer-service mindset. A Monday to Friday, 40-hour week is provided with employee benefits and pension options.
