United Utilities is seeking multiple Customer Advisors for our Network Enquiries team in Warrington. You will deliver a high-quality, friendly service to customers with water and wastewater issues, handling contacts through telephone, webchat or email and resolving problems first time where possible.
You’ll work onsite in Warrington with part-time 16 or 20 hour contracts, responding empathetically and maintaining accuracy under pressure; a strong customer service background and MS Office skills
