Gk Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager for a leading asset management SaaS provider in the Construction industry. You will own the post-sale journey, onboarding customers, training them, and ensuring they realise value from the platform.
Based in Warrington, you will conduct remote and on-site onboarding, perform regular check-ins, and act as the customer's advocate inside the business. A UK driving licence and nationwide travel are required.
