At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

Want to be apart of it? What you'll be doing?

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate daily and weekly timesheet records, producing labour and attendance reports, and ensuring all production administration records are kept up to date.

  • You'll provide administrative support to the manufacturing team, managing documentation, maintaining production files and ensuring records are controlled in line with Quality Management System requirements.
  • You'll monitor training, certification and competency expiry dates, coordinating internal and external training bookings to ensure workforce compliance.
  • You'll arrange travel and accommodation for site operatives, maintaining accurate records of bookings and associated costs.
  • You'll support the smooth running of the department by printing, scanning and distributing documentation, preparing meeting packs, taking minutes and tracking actions.
  • You'll ensure product condition records are accurately completed prior to dispatch, supporting quality and compliance standards throughout the production process.
What you'll bring?
  • Do you have previous administration experience?
  • Do you have excellent organisational and communication skills?
  • Do you have experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams?
  • Do you have the ability to prioritise your workload and work independently?
  • Do you have experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment?
  • Do you have experience maintaining training records or managing document control processes?
  • Do you have a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development?
