Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

This role will play a key part in supporting and developing customers using Talos Perform, our performance management platform, while also working closely with the wider Talos
360 Customer Success team.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them maximise value from the platform, achieve their objectives, and secure long-term success.

You will work closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to customer retention, expansion and product development.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction.

Deliver customer reviews and success plans focused on measurable outcomes.

Partner with Sales teams to support renewals, expansion opportunities and customer growth.

Provide expert product guidance, configuration support and best practice recommendations.

Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insight into Product and Development teams.

Create and improve customer-facing resources, training materials and documentation.

Identify opportunities to improve customer success processes and scale best practice across the business.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management or Client Services.

SaaS experience would be highly desirable.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Highly organised with strong project management skills.

Commercial awareness with the ability to spot upsell and growth opportunities.

A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Comfortable working collaboratively across Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
