Architectural Technician

Daily Duties:

Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments

Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages

Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries

Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements

Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation

Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development

Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods

Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator and effective team player

Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential exposure

Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
