Position: Senior Architectural Technician (House builder)
Location: Risley

Senior Architectural Technician required to join a House Builder near Warrington.

This vacancy has arisen for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician looking to develop their existing architectural talents working on a number of Residential schemes and developments.

Our client are a well-known House builder. Their work is primarily very local with various sites currently undergoing development across the North-West region. They are undergoing a significantly busy period and as such they need a good, experienced Architectural Technician to join the team in a senior-level role.

You will work closely with an experienced team and will report into a team of senior colleagues. You will spend some time on-site, although your main duties will be office-based. This will include the overseeing of lesser-experienced Technicians and junior members of staff. You will be using AutoCAD on a daily basis, therefore it is preferred that candidates will have a good understanding of the software before applying for this role.

Key requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience working within an architecture practice/developer/house builder. Residential-sector background is essential.

* Experience in the collation and submission of planning and building regulation applications.

* A proven proficiency with AutoCAD software.

* Good time management and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.

* To be Self-motivated and with a methodical approach to work with an attention to detail.

* Management experience
